A private track changes how a family rides. No travel, no gate fees, no waiting for a practice day — the bikes come out when there is an hour spare.
Private builds are where most of our work happens. The layout is drawn around one property and the people on it, so the track suits the riders you actually have rather than an imaginary racer. That usually means lines a junior can roll comfortably while a more experienced rider carries real speed through the same section.
We build in stages when that suits the budget. A first stage that rides properly is better than a big layout half-finished, and the ground can be shaped so later sections join on cleanly.

What we need to assess your project
- Property location and the nearest town.
- Photographs, video or drone footage of the ground.
- A Google Maps link or satellite view of the area you have in mind.
- Roughly how much usable space is available.
- What the soil is like and where water sits after rain.
- Bike sizes or vehicle types that will use the track.
- Rider or driver ability levels.
- Whether this is a new build, a rebuild or an upgrade.
- Machinery, material or water already available on site.

Our experience and approach
Adam has more than 25 years behind the wheel of heavy vehicles, on the controls of heavy machinery and on the handlebars of bikes. Every layout is drawn by him, around your land rather than around a template.
We work with the ground you have — the slope, the soil and the material already on the property — instead of forcing a layout that fights the country.
Tracks are assessed from the rider's or driver's seat and ridden for flow before they get the Full Throttle sign-off. If a section does not ride the way it should, it gets changed before we leave.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build a motocross track on private property?
Yes — private property is where most of our work happens. You will need to be the owner or have the owner's permission, and it is worth checking your own council and planning obligations for your area before work starts.
Will one track work for my kids and for me?
That is the point of a family layout. We shape lines that a younger rider can roll and an experienced rider can attack, so nobody is stuck riding a track that is too big or too small for them.
Can we start small and add to it later?
Yes. Staged builds are common. We plan the first stage so later sections can be added without pulling the original layout apart.
Do you travel to private properties outside Queensland?
Yes. We are based in Queensland and travel for selected projects across Australia. Regional builds are grouped so the machines move once.
