Full ThrottleEarthworks
CAT dozer working freshly cut track dirt at golden hour

Co-founded by Michelle & Adam Thurrowgood

Two roles. One standard.

Full Throttle Earthworks is an Australian specialist off-road track design, construction, rebuild and maintenance company. Michelle runs the business. Adam runs the blade. The ride comes first.

The partnership

Built by riders, run properly.

Two co-founders with two distinct jobs. Michelle handles everything that keeps a growing national operation accountable and responsive. Adam stays where he is most valuable — on the machine, shaping ground.

Michelle Thurrowgood

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Michelle built and runs the business side of Full Throttle — the brand, the systems, marketing, enquiries, quotes, invoices, partnerships and growth — so Adam can stay on the machines and in the dirt.

Adam Thurrowgood

Co-Founder & Lead Operator

25+ years behind the controls and the handlebars. Adam designs every track himself, from the rider's seat as much as the operator's — around your land, your bikes and the people riding them. No templates, no copy-paste layouts.

  • Track design around the land and the riders
  • Machinery operation and delivery
  • Technical track work and shaping
  • On-site problem solving
  • Test-rides tracks himself when it makes sense

How Adam works

Every track is designed individually.

Adam designs around the land, the riders and drivers, the vehicles, the intended use and what the client actually wants. No cookie-cutter template. No GPS design from another job dropped onto your paddock.

25+ years

Behind controls and handlebars. Operator knowledge and riding knowledge in the same person.

Designed on site

Terrain, fall, access and soil come first. The layout follows the country, not a drawing from another job.

Ridden before sign-off

When it makes sense, Adam gets on the bike himself and rides it before it's called done.
