Pre-Purchase Track Property Assessment

Know what the land can ride before you buy it.

Land is the single biggest factor in what a track can become. Send us what you've got — an address, an aerial shot, or a handful of listing links — and we'll tell you exactly what we see.

Four starting points

Wherever you're up to, we'll meet you there.

A

You already own the property

Send the address, proof you can build there, some photos or video, an aerial shot if you've got one, roughly how many acres, and the shape of the land. Then tell us what you want to ride.

B

You've found a property but haven't bought it

An address is enough to get started with a desktop look. We'll ask how you're connected to the property and whether the owner's on board before we go any further.

C

You're still comparing a few properties

Send the listing links and tell us what track you're after. Adam will look at each one for track-building potential so you can compare with real information, not guesswork.

D

You haven't found a site yet

Tell us your region, what you want to ride and what you're aiming for, and we'll start with a chat.

What we look at

  • How much usable land there is, and what layout it could support for the riding you want
  • What we can see about terrain, fall and access from the photos or imagery you send
  • Whether the discipline you've got in mind actually stacks up on this site
  • The questions worth asking before you commit to buying

What we don't cover

  • Legal or real-estate advice
  • Planning, zoning or council approval checks
  • Environmental, vegetation or heritage assessment
  • Surveying, engineering or geotechnical certification
  • Flood, boundary or title checks
  • Any promise that a track will be approved or can be built

Adam's giving you his read on track-building potential — nothing more. Always get your own professional advice before you buy any land.
