Motocross Track Rebuilds and Redesigns
Same footprint, completely different ride. Full rebuilds, layout changes, feature upgrades and reshaping for tracks that have stopped working.
What this service covers
Plenty of tracks do not need to be replaced — they need to be rebuilt properly. A layout that once rode well can be worn out, poorly drained, awkward in places, or simply built for riders who have long since moved on.
A rebuild starts by riding and reading the existing track: what still works, what never worked, and what the ground is doing to it. From there we rework the layout, reshape features, improve how water leaves the surface and cut out the sections that break up the ride.
We rebuild private tracks, family tracks and club circuits, including tracks originally built by someone else. Where a club is preparing for an event, the rebuild can be planned around the calendar so the facility is ready in time.

- Private owners with a tired or worn-out track.
- Clubs needing a redesign, rebuild or extension.
- Owners who inherited a track with a property.
- Riders whose skill level has outgrown the current layout.
- Facilities preparing a circuit for an event or season.

What we need to assess your project
- Where the track is and how long it has been there.
- Photographs, video or drone footage of the current layout.
- A Google Maps link or satellite view of the track.
- What is not working — sections that break up, wet spots, worn features.
- Who rides it now and on what bikes.
- Whether the footprint can change or has to stay as it is.
- Material, machinery and water available on site.
- Any event or season dates the work has to fit around.
Our experience and approach
Adam has more than 25 years behind the wheel of heavy vehicles, on the controls of heavy machinery and on the handlebars of bikes. Every layout is drawn by him, around your land rather than around a template.
We work with the ground you have — the slope, the soil and the material already on the property — instead of forcing a layout that fights the country.
Tracks are assessed from the rider's or driver's seat and ridden for flow before they get the Full Throttle sign-off. If a section does not ride the way it should, it gets changed before we leave.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you rebuild or redesign an existing track?
Yes. Rebuilds, redesigns, extensions and reshaping are a core part of what we do, including tracks originally built by someone else.
Do we have to keep the same layout?
No. Some rebuilds keep the footprint and change the ride; others change the layout entirely. We will tell you which makes more sense for your ground once we have seen it.
Can a rebuild be done around race dates?
Usually. Send us the calendar with your enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether the work fits the window.
Do you also handle ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Maintenance, race preparation and periodic reshaping can be arranged alongside a rebuild.
